BSCI, Inc. figures prominently in changing the recreational landscape in Houston through teaming with Manhattan/Beers to provide the city’s newest state-of-art NFL Stadium. Reliant Stadium -- new home of the Houston Texans occupies an impressive 1,900,000 square feet with seating capacity for 70,000 plus fans for Houston recreational events including the Super Bowl, Rodeo and Soccer.

The overall scope of services provided by the company included: pre-construction support; project cost estimating; monitoring and confirming overall project compliance; performing shop inspections and document daily construction activities.

Similarly, BSCI, Inc. provided renovation and modernization construction services for Robertson Stadium at the University of Houston. Renovations included the increase in seating capacity to 32,000. The addition of a $1.5 million scoreboard and a state-of-the-art sound system. BSCI provided resident engineering/on-site inspection to insure contract compliance; daily on-site observation and inspection of contractor’s activities to verify the work complied with drawings and specifications.
