Construction and project management are featured services that BSCI, Inc. provided for the Harris County Civil Justice Center and the East Water Purification Plant Administration Building Renovation project.

Work on the new Harris County Civil Justice Center is currently underway with BSCI providing document control, quality assessment/quality control, management system administration, scheduled analysis and daily progress inspection on the new 661,000 square foot facility. The $76 million project is part of a consolidation of civil court functions aimed at improving efficiency and promoting accessibility.

BSCI, Inc. teamed on a $2 million East Water Purification Plant project which resulted in the demolition of the interior and rebuilding with new configurations of the offices, control room, lunch and restroom facilities. Other building renovations included new windows and new wall refurbishing. Among BSCI’s services were: pre-construction support; construction feasibility assessments;daily surveillance reports, and monitoring contract compliance.
